HANDYMAN HOMES LLC.
About Handyman Homes
A locally owned, insured Central Florida remodel and repair company built on showing up, quoting straight, and finishing what we start.
Local, not a franchise
Handyman Homes LLC. is a locally owned, insured Central Florida business run by Joseph. When you call, you’re not routed to a national dispatch centre — you get the person who’s going to be standing in your living room.
That matters more than it sounds like it should. It means the estimate you’re given is the estimate from the person doing the work. It means nobody has to “check with the office.” And it means if something isn’t right, there’s one phone number to call and one person who owns it.
A helping hand makes a happy home. That’s on the truck, and it’s the whole idea — your house should be somewhere you’re glad to walk into, and the small broken things chip away at that more than people admit.

HOW WE WORK
What you can expect
WE QUOTE BEFORE WE START
You get a clear number up front. If we open something up and find a real problem underneath, we stop and talk to you before spending another dollar.
WE TELL YOU WHEN IT’S NOT US
Some jobs need a licensed electrician, plumber or structural contractor. We’d rather point you to the right trade than take money for work we shouldn’t be doing.
WE RESPECT THE HOUSE
Drop cloths down, dust contained where we can, and the debris leaves with us. You shouldn’t have to clean up after the person you hired.
WE BUNDLE TO SAVE YOU MONEY
Trip charges are the hidden cost of small jobs. Give us the whole list and we knock it out in one visit instead of three.
WE FINISH
No disappearing halfway through. No “we’ll come back for the trim.” The job is done when you’ve looked at it and you’re happy with it.
WE WORK ON HOMES OTHERS SKIP
Manufactured and mobile homes, older block homes, rentals and flips — the properties a lot of contractors won’t take on.

From a single hinge to a full room
There’s no job too small here. Plenty of our calls start with something a homeowner is almost embarrassed to ask about — a door that won’t latch, a wobbly railing, a light fixture that’s been sitting in a box in the garage since March.
And plenty of them grow from there, because once someone sees that the small thing got handled properly, the flooring and the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets come up next. Either way is fine with us. Start wherever you want.
Got a list? Let’s knock it out.
Call or text for a free, no-pressure estimate. We answer honestly about what a job takes — and we’ll tell you if you don’t need us.
